About Harbor
Most advice for hard feelings hands you a quote. A quote is nice to read and easy to forget. What you usually need in the moment is smaller and more concrete: one doable step, something your body can actually follow while the feeling is still loud.
Harbor is a small, quiet library of those steps — for the feelings that show up at work and in ordinary days: anger, anxiety, overthinking, confusion, jealousy, burnout, loneliness. The tone borrows from plain Buddhist mindfulness: notice the body, let the wave pass its peak, then act from the calmer version of yourself. No sermons, no abstractions — just what to do next.
How to use it
- Open the feeling you are having right now.
- Read one short piece. Do the first step before the second.
- That’s it. You are not trying to fix yourself — only to meet this moment a little more gently.
Free, always
Everything here is free to read, with no sign-up and no paywall. If a piece helped and you would like to support the work, there is a small support button — entirely optional.
